The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Veeva Vault professional to support administration, configuration, and release execution within the Quality domain. In this role, you will help ensure stable operations, compliant releases, and continuous platform improvements in a global GxP environment.

You will work closely with Quality, Digital, and external partners to deliver scalable and efficient Vault solutions while supporting day-to-day platform operations and release activities. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role with strong cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to drive operational excellence across the platform landscape.

Depending on your level of experience and demonstrated expertise, we can hire at either Manager or Senior Manager level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Veeva Vault Quality platform, including access management, incident handling, and system maintenance, in coordination with external parties.
  • Implement and maintain Vault configurations aligned with platform standards and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate release activities including deployment preparation, cutover support, and hyper care.
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for changes, configurations, and releases.
  • Partner with Product Leads, Quality, IT, and external vendors to support delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation.
  • Support cross-training and knowledge sharing to strengthen platform resilience and release readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, IT, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience working with Veeva Vault in a regulated GxP life sciences environment, ideally within Veeva Quality.
  • Hands-on experience with Vault configuration, including metadata, lifecycles, document types, security roles, and vocabulary.
  • Experience supporting release management, validation activities, and compliant change processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within global matrix organizations.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Experience identifying process improvement or automation opportunities is a plus.
  • Veeva and/or Agile certifications are considered an advantage.
