The Director, HCP Marketing Gyn-Onc, will design and execute the HCP launch plans including the brand's first launch. This critical role will report directly into the VP, US Sales & Marketing, Gyn-Onc , and be expected to work closely with Gyn-Onc Consumer Marketing & Digital Marketing teams. He/she will own the HCP experience and strategy for Gyn-Onc and be an important contributor to the overall product marketing, extended launch teams, and annual brand planning process.

The Director, HCP Marketing Gyn-Onc will have the opportunity to set and own the strategy for the initial and subsequent launches. Success in this role will require a collaborative mindset, recent launch experience, and a proven track record operating in an emerging/developing organization.

Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the brand team expert on current and evolving platforms and opportunities related to HCP, institution, and key accounts in gynecologic oncology
    • Lead a team of HCP marketers
    • Establish and pull through the brand strategy
    • Seamlessly integrate professional promotional strategies into the overall product brand plan
    • Manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand goals
    • Collaborate to provide critical input into HCP/Key Acct Institution profiles, targeting and segmentation
    • Partner with Gyn-Onc Consumer Marketing and Digital Marketing to develop and implement cohesive brand campaign, creative, positioning and messaging, etc.
    • Effectively translate primary & secondary data into insight-driven decision making and actionable strategies and tactics
    • Track and provide key performance indicator reports
    • Represent brand during Medical/Legal/Regulatory review meetings to ensure launch readiness
    • Work collaboratively with Genmab sales leadership (and field input teams), and other relevant Genmab functions
    • Work productively to lead through external agency partners, key internal stakeholders, and cross functional groups within Genmab
    • Drive engagement and partnerships with relevant professional societies and marketing advisory boards
    • Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to effective launch readiness

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Master's degree is preferred.
    • 10+ years of progressive responsibilities within oncology marketing
    • Brand launch experience is required. Launch experience within gynecologic oncology is preferred.
    • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
    • Deep understanding of HCP marketing, Key account strategy, and GPO marketing concepts within pharma/biotech
    • Recent (ADC, IO, targeted therapy, personalized medicine) solid tumor and/or gynecologic oncology launch experience
    • Experience working in the highly complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organization
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a track record of results
    • Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Startup, emerging pharma, or new team experience desired

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$205,632.00 - $308,448.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
