Le rôle
Genmab se prépare à lancer une nouvelle innovation dans le domaine du cancer du col de l'utérus en Europe. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez le développement de la stratégie d'accès au marché française pour le portefeuille oncologique de l'entreprise. Plus précisément, le directeur de la stratégie d'accès au marché, du pricing et des affaires publiques mènera les efforts pour évaluer et communiquer aux parties prenantes internes et externes les exigences d'accès au marché en France pour l'oncologie, contribuant à et façonnant la stratégie globale de valeur de nos marques tout au long de leur cycle de vie. Le poste sera chargé de développer la stratégie locale d'accès au marché, de soumettre les dossiers HTA et de conduire les négociations de prix et de remboursement. Dans ce rôle, le directeur devra également développer et mettre en œuvre un plan solide d'affaires publiques en collaboration avec le directeur général.

Principales responsabilités
- Identifier, analyser, développer et mettre en œuvre des recommandations et des stratégies concernant la politique P&R et les défis importants pour le portefeuille de produits de l'entreprise;
- Analyser, synthétiser et traduire les informations techniques P&R, y compris les politiques de couverture et de remboursement, en points de décision, recommandations et tactiques stratégiques significatifs;
- Défendre les exigences en matière de P&R tout au long de la commercialisation des produits de l'entreprise et s'assurer d'un alignement entre tous les intervenants en interne quant aux besoins à prioriser;
- Contribuer aux discussions stratégiques et aux efforts de communication avec les intervenants externes pertinents, y compris les principales institutions et organisations gouvernementales;
- Contribuer au développement de livrables européens d'accès au marché et de prix, en étroite collaboration avec ses collègues européens et de la maison mère et les consultants externes selon les besoins;
- Elaborer les délivrables en matière d'accès au marché français, y compris les présentations HTA, les plans locaux d'evidence generation, les stratégies de négociations et les tactiques d'accès aux marchés régionaux et locaux au niveau du pays pour obtenir le remboursement;
- Élaborer des plans d'engagement avec les payeurs et les parties prenantes externes et notamment les experts;
- Maintenir l'alignement de la stratégie locale d'accès au marché sur les stratégies d'accès aux marchés venant de l'Europe et de la maison mère ; établir une proposition tarifaire au sein de la fourchette européenne de prix ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les intervenants internes pertinents, y compris le marketing, les affaires médicales, les affaires règlementaires, etc.
Qualifications
- 10 à 15 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'accès au marché et du pricing. Une expérience en économie de la santé et en recherche sur les résultats en santé est un plus;
- Solide réseau de stakeholders externes en France;
- Excellente connaissance de l'accès au marché et du pricing en France;
- Bonne connaissance du marché de l'oncologie tant du point de vue commercial que des études cliniques;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation;
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais;
- La maîtrise de la langue locale est indispensable.

The Role
Genmab is preparing to launch a new innovation in cervical cancer in Europe. In this role, you will lead development of the French Market Access strategy for the company's oncology pipeline. Specifically, the Market access strategy, pricing and public affairs director will lead efforts in assessing and communicating to internal and external stakeholders the market access requirements of France for oncology, contributing to and shaping the overall value strategy for our brands throughout lifecycle. The position will drive development of local market access strategy, delivery of HTA submissions, and lead P&R negotiations. In this role, the director will have also to develop and implement a strong public affairs plan in collaboration with the GM.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, develop, and implement recommendations and strategies regarding P&R policy and challenges important to company's product portfolio;
- Analyze, synthesize, and translate technical P&R information, including coverage and reimbursement policies, into meaningful decision points, recommendations, and strategic tactics;
- Champion the P&R requirements for French Commercial Operations throughout commercialization and ensure alignment between all stakeholders internally as to prioritized needs;
- Contribute to strategy discussions and communication efforts with relevant external stakeholders including key government agencies and organizations;
- Partner in development of European and global value access & pricing deliverables, working in close collaboration with European and global colleagues and external vendors as needed;
- Drive development of French market access deliverables including HTA submissions; local evidence generation plans; negotiation strategies, and country-level regional and local market access tactics to secure reimbursement;
- Develop HTA payer and advocacy engagement plans and other external experts;
- Maintain alignment of local market access strategy to European and Global Market Access Strategy; establish pricing position within EU Price Brand;
- Collaborate closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, etc.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience within the field of Market Access & pricing. Experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research is a plus;
- Strong network of relevant stakeholders in France;
- Strong knowledge of the market access & pricing landscape;
- Strong oncology market knowledge from a commercial and clinical studies perspective;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Business fluency in English;
- Fluency in local language is a must .
