The Associate Director, Omnichannel Data and Agentic Enablement will serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce, driving the strategy, design, and enablement of data-driven customer experiences and deploying agentic AI across relevant and compliant use cases across Genmab's product portfolio. This role bridges data, AI/agentic capabilities, and omnichannel execution to unlock actionable insights, intelligent automation, and scalable personalization.
The Associate Director will report directly to the Director of Omnichannel Enablement and Operations, and will partner closely with Omnichannel Strategy, BIS, Data Science, IT, and Privacy teams to ensure a trusted, compliant, and high-performing data foundation, while enabling AI-powered agents that improve customer and employee experiences.

• Serve as the enterprise SME for Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, and calculated insights.
• Define and own the Customer 360 data strategy, ensuring unified profiles across US marketing & sales.
• Partner with internal and external data and architecture teams to design scalable, performant data models and pipelines.
• Establish data governance standards including data quality, consent, privacy, and lineage in alignment with legal and compliance requirements.
• Enable downstream activation of data across Salesforce clouds and external systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, analytics tools).
Agentforce & Agentic AI Enablement
• Serve as the Agentforce SME, guiding the design, configuration, and deployment of AI-powered agents for customer-facing and internal use cases.
• Identify and prioritize agentic use cases across omnichannel journeys
• Partner with security, legal, and privacy teams to ensure responsible AI usage and compliance with enterprise policies.
• Measure and optimize agent performance using defined KPIs (accuracy, efficiency, adoption).
Omnichannel Data & Experience Enablement
• Lead the integration of unified customer data into omnichannel experiences across digital, sales, and media channels.
• Ensure real-time and near-real-time data availability to support personalization, next-best-action, and agent decisioning.
• Collaborate with journey orchestration and experience design teams to translate data and AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Strategy, Roadmap & Stakeholder Leadership
• Own the Omnichannel Data 360 and Agentforce roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business priorities and Salesforce product evolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
• Support vendor relationships, including roadmap reviews and capability planning.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8-12+ years of experience in data platforms, CRM, marketing technology, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Expert level experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), or similar Customer Data Platform(CDP) technologies
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI concepts and use cases
• Proven experience designing and activating unified customer data across multiple channels in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, consent management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$176,400.00 - $264,600.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
