The Role
This job is an opportunity that will continue to progress your business knowledge, technical ability, and career aspirations. The A Product Lifecycle Management team seeks critical thinkers adept at taking the initiative and working in an environment of ambiguity. This position will be responsible for performing data analysis and providing recommendations/business cases for scrap strategy and planning.
This position will be responsible for two key focused areas:
- Blends automation, data engineering, and analytics, across supply chain subject matter (inventory, demand, supplier...) and other vertical's such as Finance, Purchasing and Engineering data
- Create and execute transformation innovations and initiatives across supply chain and other functions focusing on cost optimizations, inventory reduction initiatives and revenue management
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical ability utilizing power automate flows, SQL, Python, Power BI, & KNIME to analyze data and create tools to improve existing business processes. This individual will gain an understanding of managing a part through the entire product lifecycle and be provided learning opportunities to CCA Supply Chain processes and data environments.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Develop and install complex connected cross functional kpis, that measure's accountability, timing and business impacts
- Create and productionize reports and tools leveraging SQL, Python, & KNIME that spans all areas of supply chain
- Design and create executive-level dashboards and visualizations using various tools such as power bi
- Ability to understand impact and gaps of cross functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycle
- Taking the initiative to drive necessary change in existing business processes
- Ability to sustain current reporting, team specific tools/systems and leading data insights and projects
- Lead and support innovation changes on current processes that unlocks insights into structural cost reduction opportunities, overall budget impact and strategies
- See opportunities for process improvements and data-driven transformations
- Develop strategies that cross multiple organizations and just as important gaining alignment to achieve both customer and enterprise goals

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (required).
- Working knowledge and cross-functional experience in Operations, Finance, IT and or Supply Chain.
- 3-5+ years of applicable work experience based on the above description
- Knowledge of data mining/analytics and tool creation (required).
- Experience and expertise w/ BI, SQL, Power Automate and Power Apps, Tableau
- Ability to determine technical requirements for tool building through engagements with stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in gathering/validating data from correct environments and connecting it/providing supply chain insights and value.
- Knowledge of data mining/analytics, automation, visualization, and relational databases.
- Familiar working inside Oracle SQL Developer, Databricks, or a similar relational database environment.
- Ability to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicate to peers & leadership.
- Embrace working in a fast-paced goal driven team with a culture for driving innovation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across organizations and leadership levels.
- Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals.
- A curiosity to learn and challenge existing tools and processes.
- Ability to simultaneously manage projects and meet agreed upon deadlines.
- Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities working with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting metrics and may ultimately require facilitating a compromise to reach the best solution.
- Thorough understanding of supply chain competing kpi's to enable a collaborative environment focused on driving results and innovation
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of dealing with ambiguity to handle requests from an idea, to quantitative analysis, to a strategic proposal
