Work model: This position requires you to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Supplier Quality Engineers in the execution of supplier quality activities related to current production and new program launches.
- Assist in monitoring APQP deliverables and supplier readiness activities to ensure compliance with program timing and quality requirements.
- Participate in supplier meetings, program reviews, and cross-functional discussions to gain understanding of quality requirements and manufacturing processes.
- Review and organize PPAP documentation and support the tracking of supplier deliverables.
- Assist in analyzing quality concerns, non-conformities, and supplier performance metrics, helping to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Support supplier manufacturing process evaluations and quality system assessments under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Monitor action plans and follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates to support decision-making and program reviews.
- Participate in supplier visits, audits, and manufacturing assessments as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supplier Quality organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- CREA registration preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Product Development.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exposure to quality methodologies through academic projects, internships, or coursework is a plus.
- Availability to travel.
