We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources & Operations team in GM Israel for a temporary maternity leave cover . This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to the success of a leading global company.
As an HRBP, you will partner closely with leaders and employees across the organization to drive key HR initiatives, support organizational development, and foster a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for delivering HR solutions that align with business goals, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global policies.
What will YOU do?
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs in alignment with global HR practices.
- Collaborate with global Centers of Expertise (COEs) on compensation, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Provide guidance on local labor law compliance and manage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Support organizational design, job architecture, and transformation efforts.
- Utilize Workday to manage HR processes and data effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree - an advantage).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization, preferably within an American corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Workday platform.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
