Library and Content Management

  • Create, maintain, and govern approved libraries, templates, symbols, models, and reusable design content
  • Prevent uncontrolled or duplicate content from entering production libraries
  • Manage part status, obsolescence, supersession, and historical traceability
  • Support reuse strategies by enabling engineers to easily find and trust approved content

Data Quality and Release Support

  • Monitor engineering data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Support release readiness by validating attributes, revisions, and lifecycle states
  • Identify recurring data issues that contribute to rework, plant issues, or warranty concerns
  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve systemic data gaps

Process Enablement and Continuous Improvement

  • Support and improve workflows related to Capital and NX data usage
  • Develop and maintain standard work, job aids, and training materials
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for data-related questions (non-IT support)
