Sales Operations Coordinator - Premium EV's

Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain sales processes and workflows aligned with the premium customer journey to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Support continuous improvement of sales back-office processes (order-to-delivery, billing flows, dealer/partner interaction).
- Coordinate and execute planning to develop processes for short-term forecast, distribution, pricing, and other sales back-office activities.
- Ensure new sales strategies to conquer EV intenders and develop a hassle-free sales model considering a 360-degreee approach to the EV ecosystem beyond the car itself.
- Connect to all involved players to ensure project goals are achieved (Commercial, Legal, Finance, IT, GMF, Partners, Pre-Owned and others), including aligning to Project and Sales Leaders.
- IT Connection: Debate and present to IT team the required solutions and track their implementation.
- Coordinate cross functional meetings between areas/stakeholders to guarantee synchronized execution with all areas aware and onboard of all Sales and customer experience initiative.
- Responsible for evaluating the market, supporting the definition of industry assumptions and developing short-term forecast projections, besides connecting it with forecast team to assure volume availability.
- Analyze demand and manage distribution to ensure the right vehicle reaches the right place at the right time.
- Competition evaluation to define commercial strategy, aligning pricing, incentives and other P&L variables, to assure value maximization.
- Track and continuously evaluate results to support business decisions.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree completed
- Previous experience in at least two related sales operations areas is highly desirable.
- Experience in automotive sales operations, including commercial and field activities with premium brands, is highly desirable.
- Advanced or Fluent in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; experience with AI tools is a valuable advantage.
