Safety : Knowledge of SCM and Cority systems, GMAS, applicable NOM's and MX Regulation.
People : Encourage supplier personnel participation in GM activities. Keep standard processes and CIP concepts like GMS. Promote Contractor's WoC.

Quality : Understanding of NAS (incident registration and quality indicators). Promote BIQ4 processes like GMS. Audit and countermeasures fro gramming, WPO. Hygiene and costumer's service.

Responsiveness: Ensure timely and promptly services deliveries. Comply menu options, snack, special options and overall contract conditions. Familiarity with ISO 9001, Distintivo H, and Distintivo M standards. Accuracy employee's pay roll charges.
Response : Knowledge of planned and corrective maintenance (including indicators).
Cost : Budget (BDGT), forecast (FCST), contract comply penalties and recoveries. ARIBA and SAP PR and PO's management. Timely comply payable accounts.

Environmental: MX Regulation, Environmental NOM's and GM Requirements

Work Appropriately

  • On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in cafeteria or food service administration.
  • Languages: Intermediate English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of cafeteria services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor service contracts.
  • Control budgets and optimize costs without compromising service quality.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
