What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- PMO function for the GM Envolve initiative, ensuring cross-functional alignment with strategic priorities and driving consistent execution standards across all South America markets.
- Oversee and support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, enabling operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to expand project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Keeping the team engaged and focused on the broader group priorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the development of impressive and meaningful status presentations for senior leadership, with solid story-telling.
- Coordinate the regional marketing and communication strategy for Direct Sales, ensuring cohesive messaging, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement across countries.
- Lead data analytics initiatives, supervising the creation of dashboards, performance tracking, and market research that identify opportunities, risks, and business trends.
- Promote automation and digital efficiency, identifying processes to optimize and sponsoring technology solutions that enhance productivity across the Direct Sales organization.
- Ensure full compliance with GM policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field;
- Experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. Practical experience in managing or supporting commercial projects is a plus.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams or coordinating stakeholders at supervisory or senior analyst level.
- Strong ability to create clear, executive-level presentations and storytelling materials (PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English
- Strong leadership skills and teamwork
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during the project and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
- Post-graduate specialization (MBA or equivalent) in Project Management, Business Strategy, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall. Design Thinking) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, RPA platforms) and process-improvement methodologies.
