About the Program

We are looking for future Finance leaders to help shape the next generation of our Finance team in South America. Over 3 years, you will rotate across key Finance areas, gain exposure to different businesses and senior leaders, and work on high-impact projects.
This is not a program to simply learn existing processes. We expect you to challenge the status quo, bring a digital and innovative mindset, and help us raise the bar of our discussions, analyses and negotiations.

What You Will Do

Across your rotations, you may:

  • Controllership - support month-end close, performance analysis and governance
  • FP&A - work on budgets, forecasts, scenarios and decision support
  • Treasury - help manage cash, funding, financial risk and banking relationships
  • Tax - support tax planning and compliance across markets
  • Product Development Finance - build business cases, assess profitability and ROI of new products
  • Sales Finance - analyze customer, channel and segment profitability and support commercial strategies
  • Supply Chain Finance - work on cost, logistics and inventory analyses connecting operations to financial results

Throughout the program you will have mentorship from experienced leaders, a structured development plan and visibility with senior stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (completed between Dec 2022 and Dec 2025) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Relevant experiences (internships, projects, student organizations, exchange, volunteering) that show owernship, curiosity and analytical skills
  • Intermediate/advanced English; additional languages are a plus
  • Availability to work at São Caetano do Sul/SP,

Strong interest in building a long-term leadership career in Finance.
