The Role

The PSC Solutions & Project Management Supervisor leads solutions and project delivery within the People Service Center, driving data-informed initiatives that support PSC operations and AI transformation globally. This role manages a team of solutions consultants and a project manager, partnering with HR Tech, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure priorities are well-defined, aligned, and successfully executed.

What you will do (responsabilities):

Solution Delivery & Requirements Quality

  • Lead system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives for PSC teams.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for execution.
  • Manage complex solution design, implementation risks, and cross-functional challenges.
  • Guide solution recommendations that balance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.

Projects Planning & Execution

  • Oversee project planning, execution, governance, and change management.
  • Lead and coach the project manager to ensure effective delivery and reporting.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across initiatives.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to improve project outcomes.

Data Analysis & Consultancy

  • Partner with People Analytics to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs and data into recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

People Development & Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop solutions and project team members.
  • Coach the team on stakeholder management, execution, and growth.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Build team capabilities to support evolving PSC priorities.

Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong working knowledge of Spanish.
  • Experience in solutions consulting, business analysis, systems implementation, project delivery, or related areas.
  • Experience supporting People Service Center, HR Shared Services, or service delivery transformation environments Experience leading teams of analysts, consultants, or project resources.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and solution design.
  • Knowledge of system implementations, integrations, APIs, AI-enabled solutions, and data concepts.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of project management, including scope, risks, dependencies, and implementation tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders and teams.

What may give you a competitive advantage (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience leading system implementation, process improvement, or transformation initiatives with AI
  • Experience partnering with HR Technology, product owners, testing teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders
  • Experience with change readiness, user adoption, implementation governance, and AI-assisted or automation-enabled ways of working
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and ADP systems.
