What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Supports Day to Day responsibilities:

- Make presentations.
- Establish partnerships with key business partners.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence other organizations without a direct relationship of subordination
Develop the brand building through the customer journey
- Design the accurate and most successful actions for each phase of the customer journey ensuring the execution
- Manage the OnStar brand strategy: content & media strategy and advertising campaigns
- Guarantee the execution of a quarterly PR plan
- Develop and execute GM endo-marketing strategy for employees
- Design and manage the digital marketing strategy for the website SEM and SEO, enrichment of key audiences, focus on digital sales conversion in the multiple channels
- Brand and Performance KPI's management
- CIB budget control
Design and execute a subscriber relationship management (SRM) plan to increase the brand awareness, services familiarity, usage and digital sales conversion:
- Improve relationship strategy based on insights from current performance, the market and advances in the messaging sector
- Designing and executing SRM campaigns to increase sales
- Coordinate developments and integrations with different vendors
- CRM KPI's management
Support product development and commercial plans:
- Manage the product/services marketing strategy and execute the G2M plans for new services/products (i.e. OnStar Guardian), new Infotainment Apps (i.e. Spotify, Amazon, etc.) or new connectivity features (i.e. Google Automotive Services)
- Capture global best practices regarding product plans and strategies
- Capture key information from Market research / Customer insights to support product strategy
- Evaluate and execute sponsors, events, incentive campaigns to achieve specifics business goals
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced or Fluent English
- Marketing Experience (preferably with CRM and Advertising)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Tools (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
- Desirable Spanish
- Financial Knowledge and budget management
- Basic Program management and product planning knowledge

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role.
