Hybrid: This position requires on-site presence 3 days per week .
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end OnStar marketing and brand strategy , covering the full customer journey.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives , including brand, digital, media, CRM, PR, and internal (endo-marketing) campaigns.
- Own the digital marketing and CRM / Subscriber Relationship Management (SRM) strategy , with strong focus on performance, engagement, and sales conversion.
- Define and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new products, services, apps, and connectivity features.
- Manage external agencies and vendors (media, digital, CRM, PR) and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams.
- Monitor and report Brand, Performance, and CRM KPIs , ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign investments, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to senior leaders, managers, and directors.
- Support events, sponsorships, employee communications, and regional activations , including travel when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (professional title) in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields .
- 5+ years of solid marketing experience , covering brand, digital, CRM, media, and campaign management.
- Proven experience in CRM strategy, campaign execution, and agency management .
- Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills .
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders without direct reporting relationships.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools ; experience using AI tools to enhance marketing performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regional or multinational environments .
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Asana, or similar project/analytics platforms .
- Strong leadership profile with hands-on execution mindset.
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel < 25% for this role.
