Maintenance and Controls Group Leader

Description

Asegurar la operación, mejora continua y confiabilidad de los sistemas automatizados de la planta mediante el diseño, programación, integración y mantenimiento de soluciones de control industrial, garantizando seguridad, eficiencia y disponibilidad operativa.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar, programar y optimizar sistemas de automatización y control (PLC, HMI, robots, sensores, actuadores).
  • Diagnosticar y resolver fallas en equipos automatizados, líneas de producción y sistemas de control.
  • Integrar y mantener robots industriales (programación, trayectorias, rutinas, seguridad).
  • Administrar y mejorar redes industriales (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, etc.).
  • Implementar mejoras bajo principios de Lean Manufacturing y reducción de desperdicios.
  • Ejecutar proyectos de automatización desde el diseño hasta la puesta en marcha.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad y normativas aplicables.
  • Colaborar con mantenimiento, producción y calidad para garantizar la continuidad operativa.
  • Documentar cambios, actualizaciones y configuraciones para asegurar trazabilidad.
  • Capacitar al personal técnico en operación y mantenimiento de sistemas automatizados.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos

  • Programación de PLC (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron u otros).
  • Integración y programación de robots industriales (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, etc.).
  • Diseño y mantenimiento de redes industriales .
  • Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y de control.
  • Sistemas SCADA, HMI y bases de datos industriales.
  • Metodologías de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua.
  • Conocimientos en seguridad funcional (deseable: ISO 13849, ANSI/RIA).
  • Análisis de fallas, AMEF, 8D, RCA.

Perfil del candidato

  • Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Automatización, Control Industrial, afín oexperiencia relevante.
  • Experiencia en entornos industriales o de manufactura.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas complejos.
  • Enfoque en seguridad, disciplina operativa y mejora continua.
  • Habilidad para coordinarse con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Nivel de inglés: intermedio conversacional.
  • 2 años o más de experiencia en el área.
