Position: GM Envolve Canada - Envolve Solution Center (ESC) Team Leader
This is an exciting and dynamic leadership role that works closely with the GM Envolve Team, GM dealers, and customers across Canada. As the ESC Team Leader, you will serve as a subject matter expert on GM systems within the department, work closely with the Finance team, and collaborate cross-functionally to support team members and customers so that General Motors remains their primary vehicle provider.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Envolve Solution Center and ensure all critical daily tasks are completed.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of ESC contingent workers.
- Support the Rental Coordinator and serve as backup during absences.
- Facilitate dealer and customer training on specific GM Envolve applications.
- Ensure timely handling of escalated dealer and customer inquiries.
- Assist GM dealers and customers with order issues, constraints, and resolutions.
- Manage the manual claims process, including price protection/assurance.
- Assist the National ESC Manager with cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Support the upfitter program, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous automotive industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience supervising contingent workers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong financial acumen and comfort working with data and numeric detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Skills
- Previous automotive fleet experience, including rental.
- Knowledge of GM systems such as Order Work Bench, BARS, and VTIMs.
- Knowledge of GM ordering, sales reporting, and incentive claim processes.
Education and Training
- Successful completion of a University degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $76,100.00 to $114,300.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
