Work Model

Hybrid: This position requires on-site presence three (3) days per week .

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  • Manage the end-to-end corporate vehicle fleet operations, ensuring availability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead used-vehicle sales and scrap processes, including auctions, documentation, invoicing, and final delivery.
  • Oversee supplier performance for fleet-related services (maintenance, parking, washing, fuel, tolls, charging).
  • Monitor fleet inventory, maintenance plans, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Quality, Engineering, Legal, and Global CVO teams.
  • Support regional projects, vehicle launches, events, and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor fleet tracking systems (OnStar / eCVMS) to ensure data accuracy and control.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree business administration, engineering or related field completed.
  • Experience working with vehicle fleets, dealers, or vehicle operations.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets or cost controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing suppliers and service providers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
