Description: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build, automate, and scale digital solutions that power Demand & Supply Planning area. This role blends software engineering, data engineering, and analytics to deliver resilient applications, data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled automations that improve decision speed and accuracy.
What you will do (responsibilities)
- Design, develop, and automate end-to-end solutions (back end, front end, data pipelines) that support the generation, integration, and distribution of planning data, insights, and reports for Supplier Capacity Planning area.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, tools, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, Python, KNIME, Excel, Access, and other available technologies.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Oracle, Databricks, Hive/Hue) to consolidate high-quality, accessible information for planning and supplier performance management.
- Engineer robust back ends and functional, user-friendly interfaces, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across the stack.
- Operate and enhance existing tools and reports, delivering corrective and evolutionary maintenance to keep solutions current and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate business problems into scalable digital products; document processes and keep internal systems and documentation up to date.
- Disseminate knowledge: run training sessions, create playbooks/how-to guides, and provide office hours to upskill business users and promote adoption of digital tools and AI assistants in day-to-day planning.

Digital Engineering, Analytics & Automation
- Implement automated dashboards and reports with BI tools and Python; apply data manipulation/visualization best practices to accelerate decision-making.
- Develop APIs/services that connect planning data sources (Oracle/Databricks/Hive) to front-end experiences and analytics layers; emphasize observability, testing, and security. (Grounded in integration + performance/reliability/security requirements).
- Prototype and productionize AI/ML-enabled automations (e.g., anomaly detection, forecast/volume change insights, ticket/classification) using Python and GitHub Copilot to boost planner productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to co-design solutions that align production needs with supplier capacity and DSP cadence.
- Translate business rules into system logic and data models; prepare clear technical/functional documentation consumable by both engineers and Business coworkers.
Risk Mitigation & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively monitor solution performance, data quality, and security, addressing incidents and root causes to protect planning continuity.
- Continuously optimize code, queries, and data models; implement agile practices (Scrum) and CI/CD to speed safe releases.
- Recommend process and system improvements leveraging automation, analytics, and AI to reduce manual work and shorten planning cycles.
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Languages
- Intermediate English
Previous Experience
- Hands-on experience developing full-stack, data-centric applications (pipelines, APIs, dashboards) supporting analytics/reporting in a business environment.
- Experience operating and enhancing existing tools/reports, with proven collaboration across business and technical teams.
Technical Skills
- Programming & Scripting: Python; SQL; VBA (for legacy/Excel automations as needed).
- Data & BI: Power BI (including DAX, M/Power Query); KNIME; Excel; Access.
- Data Platforms (Flask, React, Django, HTML, CSS, Javascript) & Integration: Oracle, Databricks, Hive/Hue; experience with relational and non-relational databases; robust data integration practices.
- Engineering Practices: Performance, reliability, security by design and documentation
- AI/Automation: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and automation.
