Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) jurídico(a) proativo(a) e detalhista para integrar nossa equipe de apoio às áreas jurídicas de Compras, VSSM e Corporativo. Este estágio oferece experiência prática em assuntos jurídicos corporativos, especialmente análise de contratos, interação com stakeholders e pesquisa jurídica em um ambiente global dinâmico.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o(a) advogado(a) da área de Negócios em assuntos jurídicos relacionados a Compras e Manufatura, Marketing e VSSM, e Corporativo;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de documentos jurídicos básicos, como contratos, acordos, cartas, atos societários, procurações e memorandos;
  • Ajudar na revisão e análise de diversos tipos de contratos;
  • Realizar pesquisas jurídicas sobre jurisprudência e legislação específica para apoiar a equipe jurídica;
  • Participar de reuniões com departamentos internos para entender as necessidades de negócios e auxiliar na preparação de pareceres jurídicos;
  • Suporte com emição de certidões em cartórios, órgãos judiciais, registros de imóveis e outras instituições públicas;
  • Ajudar a gerenciar e rastrear documentos jurídicos por meio da plataforma de assinatura eletrônica da empresa;
  • Atualizar planilhas e sistemas internos com o status de assuntos jurídicos;
  • Acompanhar, interpretar e aplicar políticas corporativas e procedimentos globais a casos específicos.

Requisitos:

  • Cursando Direito (preferencialmente entre o 7º e o 9º semestre);
  • Interesse em direito empresarial, contratos comerciais e questões regulatórias;
  • Excelente comunicação e capacidade de interação com stakeholders internos;
  • Proatividade, organização e atenção aos detalhes;

  • Proficiência intermediária a avançada em inglês;
  • Conhecimento básico de Incoterms e direito contratual internacional é um diferencial.
