Engineering Group Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of CAE engineers specializing in thermal , electrical and co-sim.
• Oversee the execution of simulation activities including thermal management, durability, electrical high voltage /12V, and multi-physics analyses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance simulation methodologies, tools, and workflows.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to integrate simulation results into design decisions and product development cycles.
• Ensure timely delivery of simulation results that meet quality standards and program milestones.
• Drive innovation in virtual validation through adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, and digital twins.
• Manage resource allocation, team development, and performance evaluations.
• Represent the CAE group in technical reviews, program meetings, and leadership forums.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in the automotive industry.
• Minimum of 8+ years of engineering experience.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• MS in Engineering
• Knowledge of electric and ICE propulsion systems.
• Experience with Thermal, Structural or Electrical CAE
• Experience managing an engineering team.
• Experience in synthesizing and upfront design using CAE tools
