The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused eCommerce Analyst & Project Integrator to optimize our online sales strategies and manage the successful integration of eCommerce projects. This role combines analytical expertise with project management skills to drive growth and enhance the customer experience within General Motors de Mexico's digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth Data Analysis of eCommerce performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Ensure high Data Quality across all eCommerce platforms and reporting systems, implementing processes for data validation and integrity.
- Perform comprehensive Market Analysis to understand competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead and participate in eCommerce project initiatives, applying the Waterfall Model for structured planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful integration of new features and functionalities.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to management using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a strong Customer-Focused approach to continuously improve the online customer journey.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of eCommerce marketing campaigns and promotions based on data-driven insights.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an eCommerce analytical or project management role.
- Proven expertise in Data Analysis and experience with various analytical tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding and experience with Market Analysis techniques and competitive intelligence.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, particularly the Waterfall Model.
- Exceptional Customer-Focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing excellent Customer Service.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis, and PowerPoint for compelling presentations and Power BI
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
