Digital Project Management Intern

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or another frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The Digital Project Management Intern will support ongoing digital transformation projects, with a primary focus on the 3D car configurator and the Inventory Management System (IMS). Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the intern will help coordinate daily project activities, validate vehicle configurations, and support dealer inventory connections within the new IMS. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in large-scale digital initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day activities for digital projects, especially the 3D car configurator and IMS
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in building, validating, and maintaining accurate vehicle configurations
- Help support and track dealer inventory connections within the new IMS
- Contribute to project documentation, follow-ups, and status updates to keep all parties aligned
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor or a master' degree with a strong interest in digital platforms, technology, and automotive/eCommerce projects
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in following up and coordinating across teams
- Fast learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
