Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul.
O Analista do DMH (Digital manufacturing Hub) da Engenharia de Manufatura atuará como uma ligação entre a Engenharia de Manufatura e as equipes de desenvolvimento e operações de Tecnologia da Informação (TI) da GM para liderar a inovação de TI, fornecendo novos recursos de negócios, valor comercial substancial e apoiando a transformação da GM para Zero, Zero Zero e desenvolvimento da Fábrica Digital.
Entre suas principais funções estarão:
- Atuar como Manufacturing Engineering IT Math Products and Tools Lead liderando a identificação e execução de projetos de TI para uma área funcional
- Avaliar oportunidades de negócios utilizando a tecnologia para alavancar inovações.
- Desenvolver propostas de projetos dentro do ambiente de manufatura digital e metaverso
- Liderar o desenvolvimento da fábrica digital para GMSA.
- Definir requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, produzindo relatórios de viabilidade e colaborando em projetos de soluções para melhorar a produtividade e a eficiência. Gerenciar o backlog de requerimentos de negócio em colaboração com a equipe de desenvolvimento de TI, ME e Digital Manufacturing HUB

Requisitos mandatórios:
- Bacharelado em ciências da computação, engenharia da computação ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimentos de sistemas Siemens (ou similares) em ambientes imersivos e migração de dados
- Conhecimentos básico em linguagens de programação como Java, Python, entre outros
- Ingles a partir de intermediário
Requisitos desejáveis:
- Conhecimento de estruturas de dados, design de banco de dados, data warehouses, ferramentas analíticas/inteligência de negócios, ferramentas ETL e métodos de integração de dados.
- Experiência com metodologias de projeto e desenvolvimento de sistemas
- Experiência em operações de negócios globais de manufatura e/ou engenharia
- Inglês avançado ou fluente
- Conhecimentos e aplicação de IA ou agentes de IA.
