Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul.

Liderar a estratégia de Marketing & Bot de WhatsApp da Chevrolet GMSA, maximizando a geração de leads para venda de veículos novos e outros negócios, por meio do uso inovador dos componentes mais atuais de WhatsApp Business (Meta), da coordenação de jornadas entre Marketing, OnStar, Pós-venda e Customer Care, posicionando GMSA como benchmark global em uso de WhatsApp.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
- Liderar a estratégia ponta a ponta de WhatsApp Marketing como principal canal de aquisição e geração de leads para venda de veículos novos.
- Orquestrar uma experiência única e integrada em um único número de WhatsApp, conectando bots de Marketing, Customer Care, OnStar e Vendas & Relacionamento.
- Otimizar continuamente conversas, jornadas e conteúdo do bot de Marketing para maximizar captação de leads qualificados e integração com demais áreas.
- Integrar WhatsApp a mídia paga, sites Chevrolet, eventos e OOH, conectando pontos de entrada e campanhas à geração de leads.
- Liderar a gestão de parceiros e stakeholders (BSP Meta, agências, plataformas, times internos), garantindo alinhamento de estratégia, experiência e performance.
- Definir e acompanhar KPIs de topo de funil e testes A/B, traduzindo resultados em insights e reports para lideranças locais e globais e atuando como referência global em estratégia de WhatsApp.
Localidade: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias):
- Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Engenharia, Comunicação ou áreas afins.
- Idiomas: Português fluente, Inglês avançado (obrigatório) e Espanhol desejável.
- Experiência com Marketing Digital / Mídia de Performance / CRM / Produtos Digitais, com funis de geração de leads (idealmente via WhatsApp/mensageria) e gestão de agências/parceiros de tecnologia.
- Forte conhecimento em mídia de performance (especialmente Click to WhatsApp), leitura de dados de mídia, sites, bots e CRM, uso de dashboards/BI; desejável Salesforce e ecossistema Meta/WhatsApp Business.
