Remoto: Você irá trabalhar visitando concessionárias na região de São Paulo/Litoral.

Descrição de Cargo

  • Atuar como elo de ligação entre a GM e suas concessionárias, elaborando e implementando estratégias de negócios.
  • Atuar ativamente em negociações comerciais, visando lucratividade do negócio
  • Construir e desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com clientes-chave, parceiros de negócios, e concessionários em todos os níveis de hierarquia
  • Orientação e consultoria para a Rede Chevrolet, afim de implementas e suportar o plano de negócio, garantindo que os objetivos mensais e anuais sejam atendidos
  • Suportar rede de concessionárias com análises financeira e administrativa de cada grupo, buscando a sustentabilidade das operações
  • Trabalhar em parceria com a Chevrolet Serviços Financeiros, buscando oferecer as melhores soluções e ampliar a lucratividade
  • Elaborar em conjunto com Marketing Regional o plano de ações de vendas, mídia e estratégia digital com objetivo de ampliar vendas e Market Share
  • Monitorar o mercado, segmentos e concorrência, buscando oportunidades de crescimento e se antecipando a tendências competitivas
  • Acompanhar os indicadores de satisfação / KPIs para identificar e atuar em oportunidades
  • Apoiar no lançamento de produtos para garantir o sucesso dos novos veículos
  • Monitorar o treinamento de pessoal da Rede Chevrolet e garantir a conformidade com os requisitos GM;
  • Auxiliar na administração de estoque (incluindo veículo e/ou peças) afim de garantir a disponibilidade dos produtos
  • Auxiliar na resolução de problemas dos Concessionários, afim de garantir a melhor experiência para o cliente

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em: Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Perfil comercial, habilidade de negociação, papel Consultivo e parceiro de negócios
  • Habilidades com pacote office (Power BI será um diferencial)
  • Possuir CNH ativa e dirigir
  • Disponibilidade para viagens de carro
  • Disponibilidade para residir na Grande São Paulo

Desejável

  • Inglês / Espanhol (Intermediário - Avançado)
  • Experiência na área comercial, no atendimento a franquias ou Dealers.
  • Experiência no atendimento a empresas do segmento automotivo (montadoras ou auto peças)

  • Excelente relacionamento interpessoal, comunicação e trabalho em equipe
  • Grande capacidade analítica para planejamento de negócios (Estratégico e Operacional)
