O Papel
Responsável por liderar a estratégia comercial na região, com foco em ampliar a presença da empresa no setor público. Atuará na prospecção, gestão e expansão de oportunidades de negócios junto a órgãos governamentais, garantindo o cumprimento das metas comerciais e a execução de processos de vendas aderentes às exigências legais e regulatórias.

O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)

  • Desenvolver e executar o plano regional de vendas para o segmento de Governo, alinhado às diretrizes estratégicas da empresa.
  • Identificar, qualificar e gerenciar oportunidades comerciais em órgãos públicos municipais, estaduais e federais.
  • Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas, incluindo prospecção, elaboração de propostas, participação em processos licitatórios e negociações contratuais.
  • Monitorar editais, portais de compras e demais canais oficiais para identificação de oportunidades.
  • Construir e manter relacionamento sólido com stakeholders do setor público, incluindo gestores, compradores e influenciadores.
  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com áreas internas (jurídico, compliance, marketing, operações, finanças, RP, tesouraria) para garantir aderência aos processos e políticas da empresa.
  • Analisar dados de mercado, concorrência e tendências do setor público, gerando insights para tomada de decisão.
  • Gerenciar pipeline, previsões de vendas e indicadores de performance da região.
  • Garantir a conformidade com legislações aplicáveis, normas de integridade e políticas de compliance.

Local: São Caetano do Sul/SP

Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias):

  • Formação superior completa
  • Experiência na área comercial, preferencialmente no atendimento a Governo (B2G)
  • Possuir CNH e dirigir
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em São Caetano do Sul/SP

Altamente recomendável:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas para Governo (B2G).
  • Conhecimento da legislação e dos processos de compras públicas (Lei 14.133/2021, pregões, dispensa, inexigibilidade, etc.).
  • Conhecimento da Industria automotiva / Veículos
  • Rede de relacionamento prévia com órgãos governamentais na região de atuação.
