CC&A Ship Direct & USA VIP Invoicing
Description
Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ship Direct Invoicing - CC&A Mexico
• Support CC&A Mexico customers in the Ship Direct invoicing process based on material already received.
• Execute end-to-end invoicing activities : data validation, invoice generation, closure in systems, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of Ship Direct invoicing and resolve discrepancies with Finance, CC&A, and other areas as needed.
• Lead past-due invoice follow-up , identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to close aged items.
• Identify and implement process improvements (simplification, standardization, automation) within the invoicing process.
• Provide claims approval support through evidence gathering, topic documentation, and coordination for timely resolution.

2. Querétaro VDC - Tracomex Backorder & Material Tracking
• Own Tracomex backorder tracking from Querétaro VDC, ensuring clear status and progress visibility through dashboards.
• Coordinate on-demand with multi-functional teams (CC&A, VSSM, suppliers, and customers) to secure part availability and timely shipments.
• Perform data reconciliation across different systems and sources to guarantee accuracy and integrity of supply chain information.
• Follow up on ETA commitments as well as PDC inbound and outbound flows , providing proactive updates to stakeholders.
• Detect and escalate data set-up issues , partnering with CC&A teams to correct master data and prevent recurrences.
3. Dashboards, ETA Visibility & Data Analytics
• Maintain and continuously improve the CC&A MX backorder ETA visibility dashboard , ensuring clear, reliable information to internal and external customers.
• Own the "backorder to be paid (Forecast)" dashboard , supporting financial and inventory planning decisions.
• Update and enhance dashboards related to backorder quality issues , driving:
o Business data quality improvements.
o Close collaboration with CC&A and Central Quality teams.
• Drive the transition from manual Excel reports to automated dashboards and data mining solutions , building a strong Business Intelligence culture in the team.
4. Stretch Assignments & Special Projects
• Lead or participate in special projects focused on:
o Supply chain and invoicing process optimization.
o Implementation of Business Intelligence / AI tools .
o Operational efficiency and customer experience improvements.
• Document processes, standards, and lessons learned , enabling replication and scalability across the region.
Required Skills & Behaviors:
• Ability to motivate and influence business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, and recognition.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost key performance indicators.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer-centric mindset , with focus on rapid issue resolution.
• Learning agility ("learning in the flight") and adaptability to changing priorities, systems, and processes.
• Self-motivated , able to work with limited supervision and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across multi-functional and cross-cultural teams .
Technical Skills:
Proven ability to implement and promote continuous improvement, simplification, and automation , especially:
o Transitioning from Excel-based reporting to automated dashboards and data mining solutions.
Experience with process automation and analytics tools , such as:
o Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
o Data Mining tools
o RapidMiner
o Databricks
Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Functional knowledge of supply chain, logistics, invoicing, and automotive aftersales processes (experience with OEM or Tier 1 is a plus)
SAP Platform Proficiency (Desirable)
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following or related fields:
o Business
o Finance
o Engineering
o Logistics
o Global Business
Demonstrated experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Business Intelligence and/or AI tools implementation is highly desirable.
Languages:
English: Intermediate-advanced (around 80%) - capable of:
o Participating in calls and meetings.
o Preparing written reports and dashboards.
o Presenting information to global stakeholders.
