Description :
The Business Planner serves as a strategic partner to senior executives, ensuring operational discipline, alignment with corporate vision, and execution of initiatives that drive growth across South America. This role is pivotal in connecting workstreams, aligning priorities, and translating strategy into actionable outcomes.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between staff, senior executives, and the CEO, facilitating effective communication, while connecting workstreams that would otherwise remain siloed;
- Ensure governance discipline and maintain a productive work environment, planning and coordinating agendas to ensure productiveness and focus on critical topics;
- Provide operational oversight and manages CEOs daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's vision;
- Sets key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitors progress to ensure the organization meets its objectives;
- Acts as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and other senior leaders, providing insights and advice on key decisions;
- Leads and coordinates special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, exceeding expectations;
- Anticipate problems and evaluate risk factors, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues;
- Strategize narratives and the CEO's schedule and plans travel, while handle inquiries on their behalf.
- Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities and support regional expansion priorities.
- Develop market intelligence reports and trend analyses to support executive-level product discussions, portfolio strategy, and competitive positioning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in corporate strategy, market intelligence, and project management at managerial level.
- Strong background in mid-level management with the ability to oversee complex projects and large teams.
- Availability to reside in São Caetano do Sul (SCS). This position does not offer a relocation package.
- Availability for travel (50%)
- Fluent in English; advanced Spanish is a plus.
- Advanced academic background, including Executive MBAs in Business Administration, Leadership Development and/or Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, innovation projects, corporate communication, and product launch management.
