Analista de Operaciones de Ventas - Plan de Ahorro

Modalidad Híbrida: Se requiere presencialidad 3 veces por semana .

Lo que harás (Responsabilidades)

  • Brindar soporte operativo al área de Ventas - Plan de Ahorro , asegurando la correcta ejecución de procesos comerciales y administrativos.
  • Gestionar información clave del ciclo de ventas (altas, renovaciones, cancelaciones, adjudicaciones, entre otros), garantizando precisión y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Actualizar y consolidar reportes de performance comercial, indicadores de ventas y estados de cada plan.
  • Acompañar la gestión con concesionarios y puntos de venta, dando seguimiento a documentación, cumplimiento de requisitos y resolución de incidencias.
  • Coordinar la comunicación con clientes internos y externos para asegurar una experiencia fluida en todo el proceso de Plan de Ahorro.
  • Elaborar informes y dashboards utilizando Excel y Power BI para apoyar la toma de decisiones del equipo comercial y de operaciones.
  • Monitorear el flujo de solicitudes comerciales, verificando información y asegurando alineación con políticas de GM.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos operativos, estandarizando prácticas y contribuyendo a aumentar la eficiencia del área.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de lineamientos corporativos, requerimientos regulatorios y políticas internas.
  • Colaborar con áreas multifuncionales como Ventas, Atención al Cliente, Finanzas y Concesionarios para garantizar una operación integrada.
  • Realizar otras tareas relacionadas asignadas por el líder del área.

Lo que necesitas para tener éxito (Requisitos / Calificaciones)

  • Estar cursando los últimos semestres de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles administrativos u operativos, idealmente en ventas, comercial o procesos relacionados.
  • Inglés intermedio .
  • Dominio de Excel (manejo de bases de datos, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).
  • Conocimientos básicos/intermedios de Power BI (reportes y visualizaciones).
  • Excelente capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y seguimiento.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, orientación al cliente interno y trabajo en equipo.
  • Actitud proactiva, pensamiento analítico y enfoque en solución de problemas.

  • Experiencia en operaciones comerciales, Plan de Ahorro o industria automotriz.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas ERP o plataformas de gestión comercial.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos comerciales o performance de ventas.
  • Familiaridad con procesos de concesionarios o redes de venta.
  • Capacidad para proponer mejoras operativas, trabajar con sentido de urgencia y gestionar múltiples prioridades simultáneamente.
