Híbrida : se requiere asistir de manera presencial 3 veces por semana a las oficinas ubicadas en Vicente López .
Jornada : Full time.

Qué harás (Responsabilidades)

  • Realizar análisis integral del negocio del Plan Chevrolet (volúmenes, mix de suscripciones, competencia y comportamiento de la cartera).
  • Elaborar informes y tableros de seguimiento que faciliten la toma de decisiones comerciales (tendencias, desvíos vs. objetivos y alertas tempranas).
  • Identificar oportunidades comerciales y proponer iniciativas de alto impacto (campañas, mejoras en las propuestas comerciales y ajustes en los procesos de venta).
  • Colaborar en la definición, implementación y seguimiento de los objetivos comerciales para la red de concesionarios y agentes.
  • Participar en el diseño, comunicación y seguimiento de programas de incentivos comerciales (condiciones, segmentación de la red, KPIs y análisis de resultados).
  • Coordinar y ejecutar las comunicaciones comerciales hacia la red (lanzamientos de campañas, modificaciones de productos, cambios de procesos, recordatorios de objetivos y novedades de incentivos).
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos internos (Marketing, Finanzas, Operaciones y Redes Comerciales) para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las acciones definidas.
  • Monitorear la performance de las acciones comerciales implementadas y recomendar planes de acción correctivos cuando sea necesario.

Tus habilidades y capacidades (Requisitos)

Formación

  • Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Marketing o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia previa en áreas comerciales, de negocio o planificación comercial/financiera, incluyendo manejo de presupuesto.
  • Se valorará experiencia en áreas comerciales, preferentemente en la industria automotriz .

Conocimientos

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Deseable experiencia con herramientas de visualización de información (Power BI, Tableau u otras).
  • Buen entendimiento de indicadores comerciales (volumen, conversión, competitividad, rentabilidad e incentivos).

Competencias

  • Pensamiento analítico y fuerte orientación a resultados.
  • Visión de negocio y comprensión del impacto de las decisiones comerciales.
  • Comunicación clara y efectiva, tanto oral como escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y relacionarse con múltiples áreas y con la red de concesionarios y agentes.
  • Proactividad, autonomía y habilidad para priorizar en entornos dinámicos.

Qué puede darte una ventaja competitiva (Requisitos deseables)

  • Experiencia previa en planes de ahorro, servicios financieros o negocios vinculados al sector automotriz.
  • Manejo de dashboards comerciales y análisis avanzado de performance de campañas.
  • Experiencia interactuando con redes comerciales o fuerzas de venta indirectas.
