As the Supply Planning Manager at Funko, you will play a critical leadership role at the center of our supply chain, overseeing planning for both Funko and Loungefly businesses. This is not just about maintaining supply — it’s about driving alignment, anticipating challenges, and influencing decisions that impact the business.
You’ll lead a team while operating as a key connector across functions, ensuring that plans are not only accurate, but understood, actionable, and aligned. Success in this role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to confidently manage both upward with leadership and downward with your team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Supply Planning team across Funko and Loungefly, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to elevate team performance and engagement
- Own the end-to-end supply planning process, managing KPIs such as inventory turn, work close with the DC to manage capacity as well.
- Anticipate risks and opportunities in supply plans, proactively driving solutions before issues impact the business
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions across the organization
- Partner closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and execution.
- Communicate complex information in a clear, concise way to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Identify and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, agility, and decision-making within the supply chain.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics, maintaining focus and clarity in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage both upward and downward with confidence, clarity, and accountability
- Highly proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
- Demonstrated experience in supply planning, inventory management, and team leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105,000 - $130,500 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

This on-site position is open to both Everett, WA and Burbank, CA. Local candidates for both offices will be considered first.
