Role Purpose
Leading the Business Systems Team, the Senior Manager, ERP & Business Systems EMEA will be responsible for the delivery, support, maintenance and development of Funko’s business operational enterprise-level systems. This role will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Applications and will act as a key interface with the EMEA business & technology teams as well as third party managed service partners to enable all the technology services required to run Funko’s systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Business Systems Team to manage the daily operations and delivery of Funko enterprise-level systems.
- Provide guidance and support to the Team to regularly deliver operational activities across the estate.
- Carry out 1:1 meetings with the Team, monitor personal development pathways and support the Team with the delivery of personal and departmental objectives.
- Act as the interface between the business, technical support and development resource (internal and third party) to manage priorities; owning prioritization of the backlog to be continually aligned to business value.
- Proactively develop the Team’s subject matter expertise in the business needs and processes supported by systems.
- Develop and maintain the Team’s knowledge of the landscape of relevant financial and supply chain system solutions.
- Facilitate, create and maintain systems and user documentation including system support processes, data, functionality, procedures, security, and protocols that meet IT standards.
- Participate in and oversee systems functionality, data integrity, user competency, process completion, testing and other areas that support systems delivery quality.
- Oversee the delivery of core business systems within Funko’s global architecture.
- Act as an escalation point to support business users and manage escalation of IT operational questions.
- Provide hands-on assistance during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

- Establishing and enforcing governance across the Team’s break-fix procedures and process.
- Managing Change management.
- Put a strong monitoring system in place.
- Produce standard reports on the status.
- Regularly communicate what they are doing and how their work relates to the success of the organisation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership.
- Structured, methodical approach to business problems.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Knowledge & experience of enterprise level platforms (including Finance, Transport Management & Warehouse Management solutions).
- Experience of D365 desirable but not essential.
- SQL server, SSIS, T-SQL and SSRS experience.
- 3PL integration experience.
