Sales Manager, Loungefly - APAC
WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working
reports to: senior director, softlines
Role Purpose
The Sales Manager, Loungefly is responsible for new business development and management of sales to existing APAC distributors and potential direct to retail accounts within the Softlines/Loungefly portfolio. This role will coordinate marketing efforts, product launches and sales promotions with assigned APAC commercial partners to achieve sales and profit objectives. Working closely with the Senior Director, Softlines to deliver the wider Global strategic vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of APAC accounts/distributors
- Identify and grow opportunities with clientele and collaborate with the Senior Director, Softlines to ensure strategic growth attainment plan
- Lead project management for assigned account activity
- Forecasting activity to ensure appropriate inventory levels and recurring monthly revenue achievement
- Create and effectively communicate internal projects to drive revenue for assigned accounts
- Meet assigned quarterly targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of portfolio
- Analysis sales data to maximise sales opportunities
- Work with the Senior Director, Softlines & VP of APAC Sales to manage LF distro partners
- Work closely with the Funko Sales team who manage Funko accounts that stock LF
- Support the Senior Director, Softlines, with feedback, data and analysis for US meetings
- Analysis of customer orders to ensure they are ordering the correct lines
- Implementing the LF Brand guidelines & strategic plans with retailers, distro's and partners
- Coordinate with Marketing team on retail level-based activities
- Support events and trade shows in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Distributors
- Liase with Licensors as appropriate
- Participate in ongoing training to learn about new and existing product lines and improve sales techniques
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with assigned portfolio

- Proven account management or other relevant experience, preferably within FMCG markets & Softlines – including Licensed or Branded Accessories
- Must have Existing Customer relationships with Key APAC retailers
- Proven experience in leading and facilitating strategic conversations at corporate level
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient time management skills
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred (MS Dynamics NAV)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to move at an extremely fast pace
- Able to work and influence cross-functionally
- A strong sales professional who has a whole array of relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Manages Complexity and ability in problem-solving
- Flexible and proactive approach to workload.
