The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for helping to create a fan-first environment and overseeing aspects of the store’s day-to-day operations, including managing staff and ensuring financial performance to achieve overall organizational goals.

What You’ll Do 
  • Drive the fan experience through engaging and immersive journeys throughout the store with a fan-dedicated team 
  • Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met, utilizing Funko’s values for guidance 
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism 
  • Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty 
  • Hire, train, and develop team members 
  • Strengthen others through evaluating and providing consistent coaching and feedback while fostering a positive work environment 
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members 
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts with urgency and care 
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget 
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow and integrity across all departments in the store 
  • May be assigned a specific focus area/department in or for the store 
  • If assigned Pop Factory, will need to ensure quality control measures are in place for efficient and accurate builds 
 
What You’ll Bring 
  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience 
  • Track record of creating memorable and engaging customer experiences which connects customers to the brand on a deeper level (experience in immersive retail is a bonus)  
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple teams 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
  • Strategic and focused on the end results 
  • Has a good understanding of Pop Culture and follows Pop Culture trends 
  • Consistently demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for the brand 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) 
  • Open and flexible availability 
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and bend; may lift/move up to 30 pounds occasionally 
 
Salary Information 
The base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $33 - $34.62.​ Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment 
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 
 
This position is On-Site based in Everett, WA.
