About the Role
You will be responsible for driving strategic cybersecurity software sales into large BFSI accounts (Banks, Insurance, NBFCs). The role demands deep enterprise selling experience, senior relationships across CIO/CISO/CXO offices, and consistent track record of achieving revenue targets in complex BFSI environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue from assigned BFSI enterprise accounts in the Mumbai region.
- Develop and execute complete account plans covering stakeholders, competitive landscape, deal strategy, and expansion opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with CIO/CISO, Head of Security, IT Infrastructure Heads, Risk & Compliance teams, and Procurement.
- Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to qualification, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiation, and closure.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Channel Partners, and Inside Sales to drive pipeline creation and closure.
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
- Represent the company at industry events, customer forums, and executive briefings to position the brand and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of total experience in enterprise sales.
- Minimum 8 years of quota-carrying cybersecurity OEM or cybersecurity-focused software sales experience.
- Proven success selling to BFSI customers in Mumbai region.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solution areas such as data security, network security, cloud security, identity & access, or threat protection.
- Strong executive presence and ability to conduct strategic conversations with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas consistently.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and navigate large enterprise procurement processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good to Have
- Existing working relationships with major banks, insurance firms, NBFCs, and financial regulators.
- Experience working with channel ecosystem and large IT services partners.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks in BFSI such as RBI guidelines, IRDA, DPDPA, ISO 27001.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required. Engineering background is preferred. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
