Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a "Test Engineer" will be based in Guadalajara North, reporting to Test Manager......In charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and provide support for structural and functional tests
• Develop and implement test process automation systems
• Program and maintain test stations using PLCs, robotics, and vision systems
• Integrate communication protocols (RS232, CAN, Ethernet/IP, Modbus) into test platforms
• Analyze test results, identify failures, and propose technical solutions
• Document procedures, test manuals, and result reports
• Collaborate with production, quality, and design departments to ensure product reliability
• Provide technical support to manufacturing lines on issues related to testing and instrumentation

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Engineer in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field, with experience in the design and support of structural and functional testing, strong knowledge in programming, vision systems, and automation, as well as administrative skills for project management and teamwork .
• Automation and Control: PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron), industrial robotics.
• Electronics: Analog and digital, instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
• Programming: C, C++, Python for hardware control and test automation.
• Vision Systems: Cognex, Keyence, inspection algorithms.
• Communication Protocols: RS232, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet/IP.
• Quality Standards: IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, basic Six Sigma.
• Project Management: Handling Gantt charts (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Teamwork: Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), effective communication.
• Documentation: Writing manuals, version control, traceability.
• KPI Management: Monitoring production and quality indicators.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and continuous improvement.
• Proactivity and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Communication skills and multidisciplinary collaboration.
