Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Flex planea convertir su segmento de Infraestructura de Nube y Energía en una nueva empresa independiente que cotizará en bolsa, llamada Axiom, con esta transición prevista para el primer trimestre de 2027. De concretarse este proceso, la posición formará parte de Axiom, una compañía enfocada en infraestructura digital crítica y en la provisión de soluciones integrales de gestión de energía y control térmico para centros de datos de inteligencia artificial (IA) y otras aplicaciones de misión crítica.

- Seguimiento a incidentes en piso de producción.
- Auditorías de las normas de seguridad.
- Elaboración de procedimientos seguros de trabajo.
- Aplicación de metodologías.
- Liberación de permisos de trabajos críticos
- Carrera técnica en ingeniera, técnico ambiental, Lic. Protección Civil o Ambiental
- Experiencia previa en el puesto
- Conocimiento de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas
- Manejo de Metodologías (5 Porqués, Diagrama de Ishikawa)
- Conocimientos de paquetería office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Disponibilidad de trabajo en turno nocturno
