Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager - EMEA (m/f/d) located in Althofen.

Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager - EMEA (m/f/d) will be in charge of defining and executing regional supply chain and sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence across key programs (both new and existing products).

Scope of the Role:

  • Responsible for overall supply chain readiness for the Embedded Power Business in Althofen with special focus on NPI projects;
  • Define and execute regional sourcing strategies with focus on localization and supply base development in EMEA;
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across regions and product lines;
  • Monitor and act on supply chain KPIs (availability, inventory, cost, delivery);
  • Act as escalation point for critical supply risks, ensuring rapid mitigation and business continuity.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Typically requires a completed degree or training within a related field and already some relevant Supply Chain experience in an international & complex Matrix Organization;
  • Experience of conducting lean and six sigma trainings to accelerate the proliferation of Lean Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, Yokoten) culture;
  • Knowledge of Management skills and technical experience in Finance, Materials and Operations activities;
  • Ability to manage complexity across regions, functions, and stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication skills in English to successfully influence external and internal stakeholders, including customers and executives;
  • Readiness to travel ~ 10-15%.
