Job Summary

For Business Unit 3, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator (1.0 FTE). In this role, you are responsible for the efficient supply of the logistics operation for the customer Cisco, with the objective of distributing material in accordance with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

In this position, you will report to Brent Ooms, Senior Office Manager.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Managing accurate material requirements planning and material availability based on the order book and forecasts.
  • Managing suppliers (ODMs) based on the VMI concept with regard to deliveries (purchase orders).
  • Maintaining contacts with the customer, suppliers, warehouse, and order management team to control the supply chain.
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs (e.g. lead time, delivery reliability, service level).
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects.
  • Periodically discussing progress with the customer; daily/weekly via video calls.
  • Setting up new suppliers and products in BAAN and the Flex Supplier Portal (FSP).
  • Maintaining master data in BAAN.
  • Managing Excess & Obsolete.
  • Managing item and revision changes.
  • Monitoring forecasts and taking followup actions when required.
  • Following up and reporting on (potential) material shortages.
  • Executing purchase order expedites to mitigate shortages.
  • Creating purchase orders, both systemdriven and manual in case of exceptions.
  • Performing analyses on E&O, Safety Stock (SS), and Reorder Point (ROP).
  • Managing/ solving Non-conformities
What do you bring?
  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree (HBO/WO) in Logistics, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an international materials / supply chain planning environment.
  • Experience with MRP and ERP systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and other Office applications.
  • A proactive, serviceoriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • A pragmatic working style with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and independence.
  • Excellent in English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is a pre.
