Job Summary

The "Supply Chain Analyst" will be based in Shenzhen/Shanghai/Taiwan, reporting to Supply Chain Manager.

This role acts as a supply chain control tower, driving KPI improvements and mitigating material shortages through rigorous data analysis and strategic supplier management. The candidate will lead cross-functional projects and translate complex metrics into actionable executive insights to ensure global procurement alignment across the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Review shortage items with the Site Procurement team to validate data accuracy and assess discrepancies
  • Support the Sourcing team by following up with suppliers to close open shortages
  • Analyze Clear-to-Build fluctuations to pinpoint root causes of shortages
  • Compile and prioritize critical items for review with strategic suppliers
  • Minimizing the risk of obsolescence with the help of the weekly check of the obsolete report
  • Serve as the control tower for reporting and driving actions to improve supply chain and sourcing related KPIs (Assest Velocity, ITO, Material Margin)
  • Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.
  • Responsible for designing and delivering executive-level presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Larger Global Procurement and Supply Chain Organization to ensure Global Policies are aligned with the needs of both EMS and Product Business
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 7-year experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or other related area.
  • Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas; understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
