Job Summary
Summary:
The "Sourcing Specialist" will be based in Nanshan, Shenzhen, reporting to Sr Commodity Manager.
What a typical day looks like:
- 负责高压连接器, 线束及液冷相关物料供应商的开发, 评估, 导入与管理;管理供应商 KPI 并维护供应商关系。
- 支持 NPI 项目的 RFQ 询价工作, 为 QBOM 提供报价信息。
- 在 NPI 开发过程中, 与技术品类经理协同, 组织并参与研发与供应商之间的技术沟通和讨论。
- 跟进研发部门所需样品的准备与交付, 支持产品认证及 NPI 试产。
- 与研发团队合作推进替代供应商方案, 降低单一来源风险, 并持续推动成本降低。
- 与 SQE 协作, 跟进 FAI 及相关零部件认证工作。
- 支持 CTB 工作, 缩小量产阶段的成本差距;同时支持工厂物料拉动和延后管理。
- 与供应商开展 QBR 及商务谈判, 推动相关品类的降本项目。
- 持续开发和寻找新供应商, 并根据需要完成 BP Code 创建。
- 完成其他与品类管理相关的工作。
- 本科及以上学历, 具有 5 年以上采购, 寻源或品类管理相关工作经验。
- 具备优秀的沟通, 协调及谈判能力, 能够与供应商及内部团队进行高效协作。
- 具备较强的数据收集与分析能力, 能够基于数据做出清晰, 合理的决策。
- 能够在压力环境下工作, 具有团队合作精神, 并能快速响应内部合理需求。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力, 能够满足岗位的国际化沟通需求。
