Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North Site.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Material Planning Analyst will be responsible for analyzing demand and production load requirements, ensuring material availability, supporting short-term planning strategies, and driving supply chain decisions through data analysis.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Analyze short-term demand and material requirements to support production plans.
  • Monitor capacity and load analysis to identify risks and constraints.
  • Manage and maintain planning parameters within Kinaxis and ERP systems.
  • Review MRP recommendations and ensure timely material availability.
  • Track inventory levels and support corrective actions to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and planning metrics.
  • Analyze complex supply chain data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer demand changes and production priorities.
  • Identify supply risks and escalate potential impacts proactively.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes and data accuracy.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Material Planning, Demand Planning, or MPS within the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kinaxis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of MRP and material planning processes.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
