Job Summary

Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, this role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability, capacity, and continuous improvementImplement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies
• Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
• Process development and optimization
• Specialized technical support

• Quality and safety
• Hold up and oversee new process equipment production.

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Typically requires 4 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
• Experience in mechanical assembly / electronics processes
• Technical knowledge (intelligent torque tools, PLCs, liquid cooling, pneumatics, pokayoke, maintenance)
