Job Summary
Mirror Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is the global market leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators. Currently MCi is expanding its product portfolio to other Automotive actuation solutions such as Active Aerodynamics & Motor cooling management.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Requirement Administrator ideally located in Woerden, Netherlands.
Reporting to the Manager Product Engineering, the Requirement Administrator ro le will be responsible for administrating of system mechanical, hardware and software requirements of all stakeholders related to precision mechanical actuators that are suitable for mass production. The Requirement Administrator will be in charge of organizing and providing maximum product support for Sales, Quality and Operations.
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for the administration of product- and customer specifications in the MCi processes and tools;
- Assist the Product, Electronic and Software Engineer on the gathering and administration of the applicable system, mechanical, hardware and software requirements from the customer of the end product;
- Maintain the database in the requirement management tool(s);
- Assure the processes in the requirement management tool are followed;
- Prepare the connections between customer and other stakeholder requirements to the product and component specifications;
- Assist the Validation Engineer in defining the connections with the validation activities. Analyse, develop and maintain Requirement Management tool(s)/processes.
- A completed engineering degree (Fine Mechanics, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic or Software Design) and experience as Technical writer with knowledge of mass production techniques;
- Knowledge of and experience with Automotive standards and the Automotive quality system is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded software would be an advantage;
- Experience with Requirement Management System like Polarion, Doors, etc.;
- Innovative and analytical thinking, a communicative & persistent Team player;
- English in word and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
