Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Manager- Fabrication located in Dallas, TX.
Reporting to the Operations Sr Director , the Project Manager- Fabrication will be responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth) of a specific organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Define project scope, schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements; manages projects end-to-end from initiation through transfer.
- Communicates customer requirements, specifications, timelines, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineering, management, and consultants.
- Monitors daily project schedules, identifies issues, and provides technical direction and support to resolve problems effectively.
- Develops and maintains project plans, documentation, procedures, deliverables, and status reports, including financial tracking and cost control.
- Presents technical project updates and progress to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
- Supports larger programs, mentors junior project managers, and interacts with customers, peers, and management to drive performance and recommend process or policy improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and/or program management on an Industrial/Manufacturing construction environment, working with contractors and suppliers.
- Engineering Degree in related field.
- Hands-on experience managing projects in manufacturing settings involving powder.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong communications both oral and written in English.
- MS Excel advanced.
- Ability to collaborate and partner with the business to drive projects to completion in an effective and meaningful way.
- Microsoft Project & PMP(preferred).
