Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara North

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role involves play a key role in orchestrating large-scale programs, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling business growth through structured project governance and execution discipline.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/programs
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable project plans
• Drive program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Facilitate executive-level reporting and decision-making
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead project reviews, gate approvals, and launch readiness activities
• Implement program management best practices and standardization
• Drive process improvements and lessons learned across projects

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced english
• Experience in program administration/ management or related area.
• Microsoft project
• Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
