Job Summary

Support the Program Management team in coordinating daily operations between production, customers, and internal functional teams. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused student with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn about program management within a global manufacturing environment.
This role will assist in production planning, customer communication, shipment coordination, and revenue tracking

The Program Management Intern will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Attend production meetings on the shop floor
• Present the weekly production plan
• Ensure weekly targets are met
• Communicate with the client
• Manage shipments and invoices
• Schedule and manage revenue flow and fulfillment

• Degree in Marketing, International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of invoicing and shipments
• Experience handling and interacting with clients
• Intermediate conversational English
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sense of urgency
• Flexible schedule availability

• Participation in production meetings and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Understanding production planning, capacity management, and fulfillment execution.
• Exposure to key business metrics, operational performance indicators, and target achievement tracking.
