Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Production Planning Supervisor located at the Guadalajara North site.
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Production Planning Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, ensuring a continuous flow of materials, and maintaining system accuracy, while collaborating with operations to optimize processes and follow up on work orders.
What a typical day looks like:
- Create daily production schedules.
- Monitor compliance with deadlines.
- Ensure efficiency in scheduling through the use of CTB (Clear to Build).
- Act as a liaison between the material account manager and the program teams in demand management.
- Work closely with production personnel on accountability and productivity matters.
- Plan efficient process transactions with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.
- Ensure a smooth transition from the manufacturing process to raw materials.
- Develop strategies and collaborate with operations teams on capacity and equipment utilization.
- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth flow from raw material to the final product stage.
- Provide training to staff members when necessary.
- Report key metrics as required.
- Prepare management and CFTspecific reports.
- Oversee system accuracy on a daily/weekly basis / Item master data, routing, bill of materials, CFT data / Unconsumed demand, planned work orders.
- Follow up on Work Orders.

- Completed Engineering or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in metalmechanics is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate English desirable.
- Knowledge of BAAN.
- Knowledge of inventory, kitting, and cycle counts.
- Knowledge of Kinaxis and Flex Flow is a plus.
