Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Operations, this role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
• Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Experience in High Volume & Low Volume.
• Knowledge in SMT, PTH, & BKND process.
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in telecommunications or renewable energies projects.
